Karan Jani is a PhD candidate in the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics at Georgia Tech. After finishing his high-school studies in India, Karan joined the Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Astronomy-Astrophysics, along with a Minor in Mathematics. He has previously held research positions at the Albert Einstein Institute (Germany), Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics (Canada) and Institute for Gravitation and Cosmos (Penn State).
